Reimagine What’s Possible?
1.??? Work closely with other technicians and engineers to take charge of the daily operation of the ASU/ONG/HPN including process adjustment, product quality control, trailer filling, routine equipment inspection, PM02 etc., ensure the plant run safely and efficiently, record daily production process data and report, and execute daily/monthly routine job. Responsible for ETON onsite QMAC system monitor.

2.??? Lead by production supervisor for plant Startup /Emergency Shutdown / emergency response, Trouble-shooting etc.
由生產(chǎn)主管帶領(lǐng)進行工廠啟動/緊急停機/應(yīng)急響應(yīng)操作，進行設(shè)備故障排除等工作。
3.??? Assist maintenance Engineers to implement Preventive Maintenance.
協(xié)助維修工程師實施設(shè)備預(yù)防性維修。
4.??? Assist production supervisor to manage the safety of contractor or visitors onsite.
協(xié)助生產(chǎn)主管管理現(xiàn)場承包商施工安全和訪客的入廠安全。
5.??? Participating or holding safety meetings and participating safety audits (including APSAM, SIP, BSP,5M, safety action training and so on)
組織并主持團隊安全會議，參與現(xiàn)場安全核查。(包括APSAM、SIP、BSP、5M、安全行動培訓(xùn)等)
6.??? Acting as a safety permit issuer to issue the Safety Permits, manage field safety /maintenance safety /construction safety etc.
簽發(fā)安全工作許可證，管理現(xiàn)場維修和施工作業(yè)安全。
7.??? Keep & Audit control room and other working area clean and easier accessibility.
檢查現(xiàn)場辦公和生產(chǎn)區(qū)域的衛(wèi)生，及時清理 ，保證現(xiàn)場作業(yè)環(huán)境達(dá)標(biāo)
8.??? Have certain maintaining ability, timely complete some of the preventive maintenance task, MI work, troubleshooting and relevant equipment inspection independently, and then cooperating with engineers to finish major maintenance or TAR.
具有一定的維修能力，經(jīng)培訓(xùn)后能獨立完成部分預(yù)防性維修任務(wù)、設(shè)備機械完整性檢查、故障排除及相關(guān)設(shè)備檢查工作，在工廠停機檢修期間能夠配合工程師完成設(shè)備大修工作。
9.??? Responsible for plant spare parts management including receiving, store, safety storage review and others transaction.
負(fù)責(zé)工廠備件管理，包括備件接收，入庫，安全庫存審查以及其他事務(wù)。
10.? Keep good communication and close cooperation with logistics, local operation team, OSC, Maintenance, OTS team, commercial team etc.
保持與運輸部，運作部，OSC，維修，OTS，商務(wù)部門等的良好溝通及密切合作。
11.? Cooperate with Emergency Management Bureau for the safety inspection and related.
配合應(yīng)急管理局進行安全檢查及相關(guān)工作。
12.? Follow the job arrangement of the company, complete the other tasks assigned by the Plant Manager or Supervisor.
服從公司工作安排，完成工廠經(jīng)理或主管委派的其它工作。
13.? Finish Energy Management System related documentation, analyzing and optimizing parameters to improve operational efficiency.
完成能源管理體系相關(guān)記錄，分析并優(yōu)化參數(shù)提高運行效率。
14.? 24 hours on call for support plant EM response if need.
24小時手機開機待命，如有需要，支持工廠緊急響應(yīng)。
